AI Agent Development & Custom AI Assistants

An AI agent is software that understands a request in plain language, looks up the right information and carries out the next step. A support agent can read a ticket, check the order in your ERP and draft the reply. An internal assistant can answer policy questions with a link to the source.

We design the agent around one measurable job, connect it to your data with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and add the controls an enterprise needs: permissions, logging, evaluation and a clear hand-off to people.

Common questions

What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?

A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent can also take actions, such as looking up an order, updating a record or sending an email, using tools you give it access to.

Can the AI use our internal documents securely?

Yes. We use retrieval-augmented generation, so documents stay in your storage and the agent only sees what the user is allowed to see. Your data is not used to train public models.

Which AI model do you use?

We choose per project based on accuracy, cost and data-protection needs. We work with Claude, GPT, Gemini and open-source models that can run in your own cloud.

How do you prevent wrong answers?

We build a test set from real questions, measure accuracy before launch, require citations, and route uncertain cases to a person.
